Cynthia Beavers is a leading plant based chef, three time restauranteur, culinary educator, and entrepreneur specializing in the plant-based lifestyle. Both of her restaurants were the first of their kind in Texas and Oklahoma. She gained immediate notoriety for innovative healthful cuisine. She has appeared on television and written about in numerous magazine and newspaper articles. She has also authored three recipe books.

Cynthia grew up in Las Vegas, where she was introduced to different types of cuisine at a very young age. Her parents were vegetarian and committed to health. She soon understood that food you eat will either contribute to vibrant health or illness and disease.

In 2005, Cynthia opened Pure Cafe in Dallas, Texas and Pure Cafe in Tulsa, Oklahoma in 2008. She also founded the first raw vegan meal delivery service shipping nationwide in the year 2000.

A full service restaurant, juice bar, serving innovative plant based cuisine plus handcrafted cocktails. There is a fresh made daily Grab n Go Cooler loaded with healthy fresh made juices, smoothies, and meals.

Cynthia is extremely passionate about creating innovative recipes that that transform people's lives through food! It is her mission to show others that food can be beautiful, delicious, and nutritious. We create daily REAL food handcrafted with the very best ingredients. Gluten free, sugar free, soy and dairy free, table salt and non processed. We have a variety of food for every diet; plant based, keto, paleo, gluten free, plant paradox, vegetarian, vegan, soy free, and raw.
